Ensenada Area Fishing

There are three types of fishing in the Punta Banda, La Bufadora, and Ensenada
area.

Surf Fishing is great in the entire area. I have been surf fishing in the area for
decades and the catch has changed little. Although Perch are becomming more
seasonal (Spring/Summer), Corvina have become really plentiful all year round.

Estero Fishing is a little slower but can result in bigger fish than surf fishing. In the
last few years, I have started to enjoy Bay Fishing from the shore on a regular
basis. It is especially good in the Spring and Summer and is a good option when
the surf has red tide..The Estero behind the Beach Houses is all about Halibut and
Bass.

Panga Boat Fishing is a lot more costly but definitely the best. The Nature you
will see may include Seals, Dolphins, Sharks, Whales, Sunfish, Jellyfish, and
untold number of fish on your hooks. As far as edible fish Panga is definitely the
best again, but many fish that are caught from the shore are edible as well.
