Ensenada Beach Rental Casa Mara

This house has two different houses on the property. The Beach House and the separate Studio Apartment with
off street parking.

The Beach House has many features:
1) This like all beach houses has great views of the beach.
2) The living room and sitting room are well furnished with great views.
3) The kitchen is well stocked and has great views of the beach.
4) This house has two great fire places.
5) The master bedroom also has a couch that makes into a bed.
6) The master bathroom has something I have seen in no other beach house. A sunken dual shower is great fun
for couples.
7) The second bedroom also has a nice bathroom across the hall.
8) A living room has a great stereo and large TV with Satellite TV for entertainment in the evenings.
9) A Gas Heater for those Winter Months.

The Studio Apartment has many features:
1) The guest house has no beach view but is a comfortable place to get away from the rest of your party.
2) This house is quite large for a couple, and great for a couple with one child. Another thought is it is a great
house to put the kids in. It is nice to have a second and separate house on the property.
3) A Gas Heater in the Bedroom for those Winter Months.
4) This is like a hotel room with a full kitchen and a queen bed with a bathroom.
5) This house is just three large steps from the Beach house.

In total this property, has a bedroom with a king bed, a couch that makes into a bed, two other queen beds in
bedrooms and a couch that makes into a bed in the sitting room. So the house will sleep 8 easily.
This house has a few beach toys including frisbees, boogie boards, balls, and Surfboards are available upon
request.
Parking is in front of the two garages south of the back house. Room for two large SUV's. BBQ and patio is
right between the to houses. Like all beach houses it is a short walk to the beach.

The newest addition to this house is a large patio on the beach side. This area also has an in ground Fire Pit for
great evening gatherings.
